Wanted to do something custom and winter themed with her, and decided to pair her up with Blackfire this time, since you dont see that often and blackfire fits more theme and colorwise to the goth setting.
I want to give each 13 of the "Tragic Cuties" set one comic page, to try out something new. Next one coming soon.

On further news, the weekly re-runs of older Shadbase posters are still going on, so if you are looking for a print or poster, they change every week (around thursday/friday), till March when the new designs come in.

Hi Shad,
In first place, I’d like to say that, overall, I like your style and your work, specially your comics. You see, pin ups are ok, but I like much more comics because the narrative builds up the excitement and the erotic rush.
And this brings me to the topic that I want to mention. I’ve been reading comics for around 30 years and, in general, I don’t find it easy to follow the narrative in your comics. I believe someone already mentioned this in your last Vi and Hellen comic page and I’ve got to say that I had to agree with him. I will say that it is not something that happens every time you draw one, but I come across with this problem in your comics quite often.
I believe it’s something that has to do with where you place the speech balloons and, sometimes, with trying to squeeze too many things in a single page. Now, I’m not saying this for just bitching about your work, but as a way to give some constructive criticism so you can become even better than you already are.
In this comic page I find the last panel a bit confusing, for example, and in my opinion it represents what I’ve just mentioned; to many elements and wrong speech balloon placements. Westerners read from left to right and from top to bottom, so after reading the last speech balloon in the second panel your eyes will naturally look for the first element on the top left corner of the next panel. In this case it is Raven’s face followed by Blackfire eating her ass. The problem is that the speech balloons seems to follow a different narrative. Based on the dialogue, It seems to me that Blackfire’s sentence – “I guess I can try it” – should go first, followed by Raven’s – “I can’t believe she’s actually doing it”-. So, to me, it is like having to different narratives; the one laid by the drawings and the one laid by the dialogues, hence the confusion.
Same thing happens with what you’ve drawn at the left bottom corner of the panel (close up of Blackfire eating Raven’s ass) and the part on the right side that covers a third of the panel (Raven leaning over the stone coffin with Blackfire on her knees eating her ass). Based on narrative convention, in this case I would expect the narrative to end on the left bottom corner, but again the dialogue seems to indicate that it ends with Blackire’s – “It’s working. It feels a lot warmer already” –
Finally, right under Raven’s face, the one at the left top corner of the panel, you can see two bones which I have no idea what they mean or where they belong to.
Having said that, I insist on saying that your style is great. However, in terms of narrative, I think there is still room for you for improvements. ¿Have you consider reading or studying other people’s work? If you are interesed, I could give you some names of very well known porn comic artist that you might find interesting.

I do these comics mainly for fun, I know there’s tons of stuff technically wrong with them, but I just like to make things without caring too much about technicalities and how I should be doing them to get the most out of it.
I want to keep drawing for a long time to come, which is why i want to keep it fun for myself.
