You could take speech bubbles and place them half over the shadbase background. You could make them larger, with more text, or just slightly out of the way. You could also draw cut off body parts that people most likely would like to see too.
But before you include this I would recommend you to align the comic page to merge with the red border on the left. So the border is hidden and the comic page is centered like here on Page 5 of Bolice Brutality (unlike the Elizabeth Pinup above).
This was not meant for this Comic! Maybe for another one or the one after this. I think it would interfere with the current layout of this comic. It would make it differ too much from the previous pages. (I hope that sounded english enough to get what I meant ;) )
