I love the Wastelands of Fallout 3, I also love the Mojave desert in New Vegas. They are not meant to be these action packed environments with entertaining things happening left and right, its a desolate and dead wasteland for you to wander trough with a rifle in your hands and a dream in your heart, contemplating your actions and thinking of whats to come.
I don’t know if you have tried the 4 DLC’s just yet, but you should really play them because of PLOT & GEAR!!!!
-Old World Blues was the funniest and yeilded the best loot
-Honest Hearts had the best map exploration and scenery, as well as a good storyline, plus some origins…
-Lonesome Road had the best storyline and atmosphere, not very many loot to get, but still worth it
-Dead Money was a piece of shit though, so you can just skip that one…
Plus with every DLC your level cap goes up by 5
P.S. Gun Runners Arsenal adds a whole slew of amazing weapons and ammunition to the game so that’s awesome as well…

Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop CS 5 can do allot, I use them both in combination with each other, each have their own strengths and weaknesses, but combined they compliment each other in useful ways.
