Shad I gotta Fallout 4 question for ya. To keep yourself from dying in the wasteland you need to be able to take it all and throw it back. The problem I’m having is I don’t know which one I should worry about first.
What would you worry about the most?
Be more pacific. Deathclaws I suppose. Even though it only takes me one shot from my rifle to take one of them down they start off as terminators. If you want someone to hold your hand through the entire game I suggest you get a walk through.
I know you didn’t ask me and I’m not trying to be mean but your question is very vague. But anyway here is my best word of advice. The rifle is king. A good rifle is just as good as a good machine gun only they don’t eat bullets. So focus on getting the best rifle you can find and then upgrading the shit out of it as much as you can which will be helped with the gun nut perk with a dash of the science perk and as much of the rifle perk as you can get as possible.
I played through the entire game on Survival difficulty, and Id say what you got to make sure is to have is a precise weapon with a high damage output of which ammo is easy to come by and lots of stimpacks or very good food items (like mirelurk queen steaks) add a couple of mines and explosives to that, so you can cripple the legs of the larger more dangerous foes, and you shouldnt have too much trouble.
And if you ever do come across a situation that seems to be out of your league, just get into that Power Armor and cause some havock.
One I reached level 40, I felt a little overpowered even on survival.
I always sell my minds and grenades for ammo. Partially because I always forget how to use them…
