I had the chance to see the new Star Wars movie in theaters this week. Its the first Star Wars film Ive seen in the theater, but growing up with the prequels and later re-watching the old ones later I'm quite caught up with the series. While not really a hardcore fan, I do find the lore interesting and am quite fond of the original movies cause they have alot of charm but Im not really interested in anything else besides the actual films, so my knowledge of the universe is quite limited.
I'm no movie critic, so I wont go into any detail about it, but I did like the new film, it did manage to capture the same charm the original had, and I will be looking forward to the sequel.

It was lame, same as the Fallout 3 ending and the New Vegas ending, but Fallout games have never been about the destination to me, its all about that long journey, and that was fantastic. Definitely one of my favourite games.

The New Vegas endings were FAR better than 3 and 4 combined. Fallout 1 and 2 had similar endings to NV too (you can’t play after the end).

Rey doesn’t know squat about anything until Finn (Who turncoats the imperials) runs into her with an important droid BB-8, which is carrying valuable cargo which Kylo is looking for….a lightsaber. The chase begins.
Kylo Ren is confronted at some point by Han solo…his likely father…and he murders him in cold blood. Eventually Kylo has his final battle with Finn who is easily defeated but just before Kylo can terminate Finn, Rey comes to the rescue finally drawing the lightsaber (something she refused to believe was her destiny the entire time). She one ups Kylo Ren who retreats and the day is won. Leia tells Rey the whole story and tells her she must travel to one of the moons of Yavin with the lightsaber.
The movie ends with Rey Solo walking up the steps of an old stone temple in the pouring rain. she gets to the top and stands before a seated robed man. She lays the lightsaber in front of him. He looks up….
