As a consequence people who dislike Shadbase truly ARE idiots – of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the fact that not only Shad uploads his own artwork less often than before, but that the art quality in his comics has in fact REGRESSED, which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev’s Russian epic Fathers and Sons. This is nice and all, but I wish Shad would go back to drawing comics in his more detailed art style like he use to do. Comics would be the best part of Shadbase but now they’re mostly lower effort and caricature-like, usually with some sort of joke at the end. Not hating, just my opinion.
