In vats when you select a body part it highlights the body part; tells you the body part you have selected over the percentage. He in this example was aiming at her “right breast” (even tho it’s her left lol) and it had been highlighted. You can barely see the highlight (a few green lines across her boob) because it would kinda ruin the image if her tit was bright green.
