A Juicy post for those who expressed there love for the little Vault girl Icon in the Fallout 4 series here on Shadbase.
Here are some of the perks and traits for Vault Meat, not sure yet how many of these youll see realized as a full picture, but Ill try to make some of them happen, Im also working on some not listed here.
If there are any Fallout fans willing to come up with some real in game effects these conditions could have, let me know, I think it would be funny.
Also if youd like to see another Perk post like this let me know, and feel free to share your ideas for other conditions Vault Girl could be objecte to!

There now needs to be an adult fallout made with these perks. Basically the same game, but with more sex, and the kinky stuff.
Don’t know if anybody noticed, but the feet on sole survivor only have four toes…
She also only has Four fingers so it matches.
Cherchez la femme could mean that you get unique dialogue options with girls.
Knocked up increases the game 9 months into the future and puts a baby in your house if you have one. If not the baby can be either sold into slavery (bad karma) or put up for adoption (good karma).
Sole survivor gives you unique persuasion options for certain characters with foot fetishes (usually speech check, 90% – 100% chance of success with this perk)
Slave means that you have to spend some time with an NPC who buys you. When they ask you to do stuff, you can either do it in the hopes of buttering up to them (need high speech) or just kill the bastard.
Servant to the opposite sex means that speech and barter will almost always work on the opposite sex, and new ones are added.
Fuck nugget means that you get huge bonuses to speech and barter when all four limbs are crippled

You cannot refuse any option given to you, else you suffer the consequences. As a matter of fact, now that you’ve selected this perk, you can’t unselect it, bitch. You are lower than the dirt on my boot. -5 Charisma.
“Sole” Survivor – Weeks and weeks of travelling barefoot have made your feet calloused – and you know how to use your feet to get what you want! With the Sole Surivor perk, you have two more options to work with in VATS (particularly during coitus)! +2 Perception.
Fuck Nugget – After crippling all your limbs too many times, Moira Brown decided to write a new, bonus chapter in the Wasteland Survival Guide for how to survive, without your limbs. With the Fuck Nugget perk, you can only wield light melee weapons in your teeth (such as knives), your special stats all take a dive to 2. Complete the bonus chapter’s optional objectives, and Moira will outfit you with high end prosthetics (bringing your stats back up), and well as thanks in a special way.
Servant of the Opposite Sex – (Can only be obtained after the Slave perk is in effect, and purchased by a member of the opposite sex). All your training in Paradise Falls has conditioned you for this moment. This individual is now your Master. Anything you do, goes through him. Impress him enough, and he may grant a little leniency. You cannot say no to master, you can oy obey and satisfy his desires and needs. Charisma reduced to 0, may increase as time in service goes on (MAX 4).
It would awesome if there was an upcoming comic involving Yuffie from FFVII using a materia that gives her a pecker great enough to wreck Tifa and Aerith at the same time. It would nice for the remake possibly coming soon.
Ideas of how these could work in game.
SERVANT OF THE OPPOSITE SEX would logically be the opposite of the BLACK WIDOW perk. So logically this would be an anti perk which would make the female protagonist unable to say no to the male NPCs.
CHERCHEZ LA FEMME could be a bit like that cliche where love potions always go horribly wrong. As in simply the perk makes all females in 100 miles regardless of species get the sudden overwhelming urge to rape the shit out of the protagonist.
KNOCKED UP could be a bit like a combination of radiation poisoning and carrying too many objects. As in mostly it slows the protagonist down and maybe makes it harder to use sexual persuasion and perhaps causes mood swings during dialogue options.
Not sure how the rest would work though I do like the slavery and amputee idea.

Cyborg: (only usable with the Fuck Nugget perk) The technology of the Commonwealth really is a wonderful thing. You got some new arms and legs. You’re a fuck machine and you can’t stop! +1 endurance, +1 agility. You also get a 50% higher chance to score a critical hit and have an immunity to poison and STDs. Gotta love those circuits!
Brotherhood Bitch: You love the boys in power armor, and you just can’t wait to show them how much. Your Brotherhood companions fight better alongside you and you get +10 speech and barter bonuses with them. You also have a 75% higher damage resistance to their attacks.
Freaky Fucker: You like to fuck. A lot. And you’ll do it with anything you can find. In combat, three times per day, you can stop your attackers, whether they’d be raiders, synths, or deathclaws, and strip down for them so that they can fuck you and you don’t have to fight them.
Animal Friend (rank 3): There were only 2 ranks before, but now there are three! All bonuses from the prior ranks are there, but you can fuck your animal friends now, anytime you want!

How about this? Knocked up: You got careless one night and decided to do it without a condom. Look at where this got you. For 9 months you suffer from -1 END but enemies are 25% more liable to stand down in a fight (mutans will still kill you though)
Cherchez la femme: you get an additional dialouge option with femmale characters. If you select this option you get a “special” cutscene and fully heal. If the character belongs to a faction you will increase yoir reputation with that faction.
How about these as well:
Sole Survivor: +1 CHA when barefoot
Servant of the Opposite Sex: Additional Dialogue with male NPCs, Male merchants will give you some things for free, and will give you bottlecaps after a “special” cutscene.
Fuck Nugget: All points removed from STR, AGI and END and can be reallocated to CHA, INT and PER.
Still can’t think up one for Slave though.
Only -1 END? Give it more debuffs -25 LBS -15AP

Theirs a fallout perk i think you should do a picture for. Its called “Expert Excrement Expeditor” in game it sais you can sling bull with the best of them and get a +5% bonus to speech. Fuck nugget is a challenge perk that makes your limbs doubly succeptible to crippling. And when your crippled people of opposite sex do double “damage” to you
knocked up: allows you to manipulate npc’s with kids or just kids more easily.
Cherchez la femme: barter with prostitutes.
Slaves: lets you convince people to become your slave.
(The rest are more like challenges)
“Sole” survivor: you can gain any companions throughout the game
Servant of the (opposite) sex:depending on your character’s sexual orientation the sex youre attracted to can manipulate you easily.
Fuck nugget: it will take 3 mini nukes to kill a rad roach
Also, you need to get rid of the cracked glass and scan lines, there are mods that add it and ones that remove it, and it’s added underneath the the ones built into the game, so it’ll always look doubly scanned and really really bad

It’s a really easy to mod these into the current games, but you need to do transparent back grounds, and do a “template” like for when limbs get cripled, and there’s the dotted lines and the health bar for each limb ETC
You also NEEED NEED to do the basic “you have gained” Karma one and a “you have lost karma” winky face with the cigar but with the female head
As far as making them perks that’s as simple as making a new perk and tying that image too it.
Oh there’d also need to be ones for the armor archetypes etc, more than just adding the silly art in you need to make it playable, that’s where the good karma comes in etc.
As for fallout 4, it’s hard to say, they said the pipboy edition runs on the same software so we could see this in a playable fashion on your wrist, in the near future, I especialy like the idea of adding thoes shemale futa as a playable gender in the game proper that causes the art to change accordingly. There’s a mod fallout 3 and new vegas don’t have. (Skyrim does tho, skyrim doesn’t have a pipboy tho)

Agility -10 charisma +7 Luck is already at 0
“Slave”- nice work genius. you didn’t even see the mesmertron coming. quest log deleted, agility -3, however quests are now… relatively simple to put it gently.
“cherchez le femme” Well after that experience I’m glad I was fast enough to record your more open to the same sex and certainly more open to S&M as the bottom bitch. endurance+5 and you now immediately regain all AP after receiving 60% or more damage.
“Knocked up” with protection scarce in the wasteland and fucking everything on 2 occasionally 4 legs in order to get out of killing them you really should have seen this coming. just hope that the radiation didn’t fuck it up or something. Over the course of about the next 10 months your agility and charisma will drop one point every three. at the end you will have a baby you can name and then sell to slavers, eat, or listen to it scream for 18 years. not a hard call.
“Sole survivor” You’ve realized just how hot feet make you. Your feet, their feet even… dead feet. This gives you the option to snort any living or dead person’s feet by crouching near them and hitting “A”. you’ll regain most of your health and AP, but gain a small amount of radiation and that character will have lost all respect for you if they catch you.
