Actually, Michael Bay is Producing, not Directing, meaning he has a much lesser influence than he did in Transformers. This means he isn’t as much to blame as the actual director/casting crew is to blame
Actually, a film Producer has far more power than a Director. From the Business standpoint, a Producers comes up with the idea, then funds it. A Director is the one to then give shape of the idea with their own vision.
In any case, Michael Bay having the wallet of this Movie Production is a bad idea. Heck, him being the one to being in charge of hiring staff is bad enough. You can already tell that Megan Fox was a “no-brainer” for Michael Bay.
Actually if you do your research bay was filming tf4 at the same time, so I think john has a lot more lee way then people give him. And before production began it was very public that Megan and Mike were not liking each other, also you forget the real producers are the guys at Nickelodeon, the guys who have the copyright to the turtles and would be up everyone including Bay’s ass about something they didn’t like

As I told someone else here, Red headed April is only a this decade development. The original April from the Mirage comics had extremely frizzy, brunette hair. So them using brunette hair in this movie isn’t so not April as many seem to think.

There where short stories posted in the comment section again, by the same guy who has been doing it on Shagbase, but I removed them by now.
It all started when our antagonizing protagonist, SHAD, woke up in a imaginery desert. It was the ninth time it had happened. Feeling exceedingly concerned, SHAD backhanded a dull pencil, thinking it would make her feel better (but as usual, it did not). As if it really mattered she realized that her beloved PUSSY was missing! Immediately she called her favorite Mormon, POOH. SHAD had known POOH for (plus or minus) 153 years, the majority of which were striking ones. POOH was unique. She was easygoing though sometimes a little… oafish. SHAD called her anyway, for the situation was urgent.
