I don’t get the people that hate on shad. This man draws aweseome stuff for us all the time, and he even does it for free and people still feel like they have the right to complain. When shad doesn’t post something for like 3-4 days people start complaining like he owes them something. But fanbase WAS built on porn. Nobody cave a shit about him until he started making porn. Porn is what got him attention, hell, porn SAVED his entire site once (check out kimplants, he got donations to keep the site up and running from fans who most likely came from the porn), it’s not air to the people who want porn. And by the way, the namecalling is a 2-way street dude. As soon as you voice your opinion on why you don’t like this piece or that one, you’re immediately called “entitled” “whiner” “hater” to, like you said, deviate from the subject.

Besides, it may not be fair, but people can change, right? Is not as if you’re paying him to make commissions. And last but not least, while it’s true that some call some people whiner or hater, and it’s bad when you voice your opinion, let’s not forget that MANY of these people are the ones who are literally are ordering Shad around, threatening, insulting him, etc, which is not an opinion or like some like to say to excuse their behavior, “constructive criticism”. I mean, some people defending Shad may get out of hand insulting those who actually doing constructive criticism, but those attacking him for not seeing what they want to fap to are doing worse.

Shad is a good artist, and I generally like his work, but putting him up on a high pedestal, and exempting him from ANY and ALL forms of critcism, isn’t right. He can’t grow as a content creator, and it just makes his fanbase look all the more childish and pathetic
As much as we’re in the right to complain, that shouldn’t be an excuse to insult him (because criticism is not the same as insults), and you should be aware that, even when Shad has been active here, Shad’s a person too that has a life off screen and he can choose whether to give explanations or not. Not to mention, you can criticize his art, true. For example, sometimes I’ve seen there’s a color off, or a wrong angle for something, etc, and I’ve pointed it out. HOWEVER, what does Shad decides to draw, whether it appeals your fetishes or not, is not something you can complain about (or even insult him) and excuse it as “criticism”. Hell, some people feel so entitled to order him around when in reality he is a free artist and does whatever he pleases.
Okay, that the insult thing is not cool. But I feel that you still have the right to give feed back. Saying something like “I don’t like this” or “Shad please do something else” is fine, but attacking Shad as a person is not okay, amd as soon as you do that, all respect is thrown out the window and you deserve to be insulted by the others. This goes back to what I said earlier, we shouldn’t put Shad on a pedestal. If you don’t like was he’s doing, you should have a right to complain. It’s only when you become rude and insult shad as a person then it becomes a problem. And he still SHOULD give an explanation. Something simple like “personal problems” or “life problems” or something. Leaving us completely in the dark and telling us nothing just makes him seem lazy or like he just doesn’t care
But even if you complain, he’ll do what he wants, as I said in the end of my previous comment. That’s my point. You can demand, you can order him, you can beg him, but in the end, it’s up to him. I myself would want to see more anal, for example, and I’ve said it before, but I won’t say it over and over again as if doing so will make Shad suddenly draw my wishes. Besides, not give an explanation makes him seem lazy or like he just doesn’t care? What if it is? Why should he care about us? We are his fanbase, true, but we aren’t his children to us to say “leave us completely in the dark”. He may have his motives he doesn’t want to disclose, even in a few vague words. Let him be.
