I will still update 3-4 times a week, but there may be weeks where I only update twice if I want to start making more detailed time consuming pieces. I know that, it was never the posts or anything of the sort, it was the feeling of individuality if that makes sense, a place to get away from the major eyes of Shadbase. Less people visited Shagbase, so it was more of a chill corner to talk with others and have fun. The site itself is what will be missed for me, not the posts
Im glad I could provide such a place for you, I grew very attached to the place aswell, which is why it took me this long to fuse them. In the end it just makes more sense to have one giant archive for all, like that I can be more focused on projects, and my work will be more access-able. Most of what I posted on Shagbase I put just as much care in as the stuff on Shadbase, so I started to feel like I should change something so everything could get equally noticed.
Im not going to be changing the way I do things though, I will still do all variety of themes and characters, I will continue to be very active in this comment section, and I will also try to get the streams more involved with the site itself.
That’s fantastic as well as reassuring to hear shad, even though Shagbase was an important part of my history here, Shadbase and it’s people continue on, i hope it stays that way in the future. I care about this site and it’s people, even if i don’t just say it outright.
